christa and lukas part 1: civil ceremony

We decided to post the images from Christa and Lukas’s civil ceremony before we posted pictures from their actual wedding day. In Switzerland, it is tradition to have a small ceremony with just close friends and family a few days before the wedding. This particular day was just so beautiful… I am not sure if it was the clean Swiss air, or the love pouring out of everyone or the laughter that was shared throughout the entire ceremony (it was all in Swiss-German so we had no clue what was being said, but apparently it was hilarious)… 🙂

We are so happy we were able to be in town for this day as well as the wedding, because this is the day that Christa and Lukas became husband and wife- surrounded by those who love them more than words can describe… and 2 crazy American photographers, of course ( who now consider themselves adopted members of the family )

Thank you, thank you to Christa and Lukas and both of your families for welcoming us with such open arms…

Josh and Nicole Engagement

We had such a blast with Josh and Nicole out and about in NYC! These two are so entirely full of laughter and love. There will never (ever.) be a boring day in their life together… ever 🙂

We are so honored to call them both our friends and couldn’t be happier for them to begin this new chapter in their lives.

what happy looks like.

we took a walk around the ‘neighborhood’ while visiting the land of swiss (also home of the greatest yogurt of all time! no, seriously- they have chocolate and caramel yogurt for breakfast! tim was in heaven) … this is christa and lukas 3 days before their wedding and they are so darn in love and just, well… really happy…
